   8 If none of it helped you, it is a good time to collect information and report it here. Please note, none of supporters is working for QCA. We do it in our free time, if we have time. We do it because it is a fun to hack and learn new things, not to make you use it.

  12 - don't excuse yourself for bad English. Most of us are not native English speakers.
  13 - research the topic for your self and provide a solution. Remember, we don't have a time (family, work, life, etc..), if we see you are trying your best we would love to help with our experience.
