From 1c510fe2980cd787602786e82f44602549d607d4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: =?utf8?q?Rafa=C5=82=20Mi=C5=82ecki?= Date: Thu, 5 Sep 2019 13:08:13 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] base-files: validate firmware for compatibility with backup MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit This allows platform code to check if firmware image can be used with preserving a backup. It may be used e.g. when installing vendor firmwares that won't restore appended backup archive.
