freifunk-common: add default configuration for 802.11s interfaces

The defaults are

config 'defaults' 'wifi_iface_80211s'
       option 'mode' 'mesh'
       option 'encryption' 'none'
       option 'mesh_id' 'Mesh-Freifunk'
       option 'mesh_fwding' '0'
