Add DEBUG to GET requests.  Add replication degree as an option.

Close client connection to DHT once GET is succeeded or failed.

Use correct key while doing GET.  Wait for all PUT and GET requests to complete.

Simplify HTTP server session cleanup even more

Allow HTTP clients to get disconnected without deleting
their session so they can re-connect quickly. This also
works for XHR clients which need to disconnect to work.
