- got rid of the .PHONY: docs, because I didn't want it to
  generate the qw(man html txt) documentation every time I
  ran make.

  Unfortunately, "make docs" never amounts to anything, because
  make sees the docs/ directory and thinks, "oh, I don't have
  to do any work".  Maybe the target should be "doc" to make it
  different from "docs"?

+ in the interest of robustness, I added
  utility.c :: cstring_alloc()
  utility.c :: cstring_lineFromFile() /* they're at the bottom */
  so that I could read in lines of arbitrary length from FILE*s
  (instead of using fgets(huge_ass_buffer,...)).
+ I tested it out on sort, and it seems to be fine.

Fix a tar bug: tar removed leading '/'s for symlink targets.
Fix a syslogd bug: Only the first sizeof(buffer) was read from the
/dev/log socket, causing (for most cases) only every other log item to be logged.

Mounting loop devices w/o specifying the filesystem
type choked if it didn't guess right the first time.

First edition of my Busybox kernel patch.  implements devps, devmtab, and
devmodules.  With this patch, you can enable BB_FEATURE_USE_DEVPS_N_DEVMTAB and
have a completely full featured busybox without having to even compile /proc
into the kernel.  I'm pretty proud of this patch.  It has a few loose ends that
should be filled in sometime, but arn't used by busybox (so they arn't very
important).

Removed proc dependancies for init and free (which maintaining exactly
the same functionality).  /proc takes up 90k of kernel space, so it is
nice to avoid using it at all costs.  The only places where it is depended
