Initialize SSL_METHOD structures at compile time. This removes the need
for locking code. The CRYPTO_LOCK_SSL_METHOD lock is now no longer used.

did the old code) and not compiled in yet...

Add declaration for IDP ASN1 functions.

bytes_to_long_long isn't used anywhere any more, so let's remove it
