If 'node_dungeon' is not defined dungeons fall back to classic behaviour. Remove messy and imprecise dungeon material code from 'generateBiomes()'. Code deciding dungeon materials is now in 'generateDungeons()' and uses the biome at mapchunk centre for more precision.
