Make Configure recognise -rpath and -R to support user added rpaths
for OSF1 and Solaris. For convenience, add a variable LIBRPATH in the
Unix Makefile, which the users can use as follows:
./config [options] -Wl,-rpath,\$(LIBRPATH)
