sandbox: Fix warnings in cpu.c and os.c

This fixes the following two problems:

cppcheck reports:
[arch/sandbox/cpu/start.c:132]: (error) Uninitialized variable: err
[arch/sandbox/cpu/os.c:371]: (error) Memory leak: fname
