reset: Rename CONFIG_SPL_RESET_SUPPORT to CONFIG_SPL_DM_RESET

Rename CONFIG_SPL_RESET_SUPPORT to CONFIG_SPL_DM_RESET, so can use
CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(DM_RESET) checking in reset.h later.
