Use -O2 -fno-strict-aliasing optimization for FreeBSD

- Switching from -O to -O2 after the dthelp problem
  has been resolved
- Introducing -fno-strict-aliasing (currently FreeBSD's
default) to avoid silent change of behaviour of legacy code.
