imx: mx7dsabresd: enable UHS and HS200

Enable UHS and HS200 for mx7dsabresd.

Read Speed improvement:
Kingston SD10VG2/16GB SDHC 3.0 card
22.2MB/s -> 73.7MB/s
eMMC5.0 MTFC8GACAEAM:
68MB/s -> 87MB/s
