android: some sensible defconfig changes

- no /usr
- no skip rootfs
- use /system/lib/modules

And for niceties:
- show usage
- have installer
- long opts
- verbose cp
- ls --color support
- bbconfig

Also adds lsof (new in 1.20.0)
