mmc: stm32_sdmmc2: Update DT properties with v4.19 bindings

Some properties name has been updated:
  - st,dirpol becomes st,sig-dir
  - st,negedge becomes st,neg-edge
  - st,pin-ckin becomes st,use-ckin
