sun7i: Add support for the Orange Pi board

The Orange Pi is an A20 based development board featuring 1G RAM, HDMI & VGA,
1Gbit ethernet, USB wifi, SATA, 4 USB 2.0 A receptacles, a micro USB B
receptacle (otg) and a 3 ring 3.5 mm jack connector for A/V.
